Purposes

Answer enquiries, review access requests and partner applications, administer member accounts, provide replays and keep the service secure.

Recipients

Authorised 247 by Les Sabliers organisers and providers strictly required for hosting and email delivery. YouTube or Vimeo players load only after your choice.

Retention

Public enquiries are retained for no more than 24 months, security logs for 12 months, and member data for the duration of access plus the time required to handle legal obligations and legitimate requests.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by writing to the address above. Proportionate identity verification may be requested.

Cookies and local storage

The session cookie is essential for authentication. Your external-video choice is stored locally in your browser. No advertising or analytics tool is currently enabled.

Security

Access is encrypted with HTTPS, secrets remain outside the repository, sensitive requests are protected and data is backed up on controlled infrastructure.
